Dr. Azadeh Shirazi, MD

I earned my MD and completed my Internal Medicine residency at UC San Diego before spending more than two decades practicing Urgent Care medicine, including serving as Chair of an Urgent Care Department from 2022 to 2025.

My journey into aesthetics began after having my children. Like many women, I wanted to look refreshed without looking “done.” When I couldn't find the discreet, natural, and artistic approach I was looking for, I decided to learn it myself. I trained with some of the world's leading physician injectors in the United States and Europe, initially treating only myself, close friends, and family.

Word spread naturally. Friends referred friends, patients referred family members, and what began as a personal passion evolved into a thriving aesthetic practice.

Until now, my practice has grown entirely through word of mouth. I've never advertised or had a website. Every patient has come through the recommendation of someone who trusted me with their own face.

I've always had one simple request: only refer people you would happily go out to dinner with. That philosophy has shaped a practice built on trust, kindness, and long-term relationships rather than volume.

That journey continues to shape how I care for my patients today. I approach aesthetics the same way I practiced internal medicine — with careful assessment, clinical precision, and a commitment to treating the whole person. I don't separate aesthetic goals from overall health, wellness, and longevity.

Every treatment I offer is one I have personally researched and, whenever appropriate, experienced myself. I don't overfill. I don't chase trends. I believe the best aesthetic work is undetectable — it simply helps you look like yourself: well-rested and confident. If I wouldn't choose it for my own face, I won't recommend it for yours.
