Membership questions

Is there a long-term commitment or lock-in?: No. Every Healinque membership is month-to-month — cancel anytime by text, call, or email. New members also have a 3-day cooling-off period for a full refund. (California SB 313 compliant.) There is no 6-month minimum and no cancellation penalty.
How does the neuromodulator discount work?: Our regular Botox rate is $12/unit. Glow members pay $10.50/unit, Radiance members pay $10/unit, and Timeless members pay $9/unit — on every visit. The discount applies automatically; there's no coupon to track.
What counts as my included treatment?: Your complimentary quarterly (Radiance) or monthly (Timeless) treatment covers one chemical peel OR one microneedling session — your choice at each visit. Injectables, fillers, and add-ons are billed separately at your member rate.
What is the B12 / Glutathione wellness injection?: A quick intramuscular injection — B12 for energy and metabolism support, or Glutathione for antioxidant and skin-brightening benefits. Dr. Shirazi will recommend which is right for you at your first visit. These are included at no charge on the schedule for your tier.
Can I roll over an unused benefit?: Talk to me at your consultation about rollover — I keep it reasonable so you never feel like you're losing value. Because there's no lock-in, you're never stuck paying for months you're not using.
Do membership discounts stack with Life Journey packages?: Yes — members save an additional 15% on Life Journey packages. Join before you book a package and your membership pays for itself quickly.
Will I be reminded before my monthly charge?: Yes. You'll get a reminder before every charge — no surprises. You can pause, upgrade, or cancel anytime without penalty.
