Membership questions

Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. You can cancel in the same way you signed up — a text, a call, or an email to my team. New members also have a 3-day cooling-off period for a full refund. (California SB 313 compliant.)
What counts as a “treatment” in my plan?: Your included monthly or quarterly benefit covers one peel OR one microneedling session. Injectables, fillers, and other services are billed separately at member pricing.
Can I roll over an unused month?: Talk to me at your consultation about rollover — I keep it reasonable so you never feel like you're losing value, within the terms of your plan.
Do membership benefits stack with Life Journey packages?: Yes — members save an additional 15% on Life Journey packages. It's one of the best reasons to join before booking a package.
How do the prepaid tiers work?: Radiance and Timeless are billed as 6-month prepaid plans and include a complimentary peel or microneedling each quarter. We'll walk through the exact terms before you enroll.
Will I be reminded before renewal?: Yes. For annual or prepaid terms, you'll get a renewal reminder 15–45 days before any charge, so there are never surprises.
